Liturgy is centered on the Holy Trinity. At every liturgy the action of worship is directed to the Father, from whom all blessings come, through the Son in the unity of the Holy Spirit. The most regularly celebrated and probaly the most well-known of all Liturgical celebrations is the Mass.
At Mass, we commemorate the Lord's Last Supper. We are sustanined and enriched at the table of the Word and Sacrament. In the celebration of the Eucharist, we blend our music with words of adoration, contrition, thanksgiving and petition. We make the Sign of the Cross and affirm our faith, hope, and love for the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. We gather as a community through various devotions and novenas to adore God, to praise, and to exalt Him and to commit our love for God and neighbor.
The Eucharist being the summit towards which the activity of the Church is directed, is reserved with the utmost solemnity and entail meticulous preparations. The celebration of the Mass, in particular, involves an entire team of dedicated volunteers.
